hi mam, betnasol is betamethasone,a steroid.Betamethasone is a medicine given to women expected to deliver after 24 but before 34 weeks of pregnancy. It is very advantageous in preventing or decreasing the many problems these small babies may face if born early. Betamethasone makes breathing easier for them, also decreases the chance of them bleeding in the head and makes their chances of survival better.however, betnesol cant reduce the risk of pre term labour in any way.moreover it is also not responsible for less fetal movements experienced by you.hope i have answered your question.my suggestion is if you really feel the movements are less, please consult your obstetrician and notify the problem.take care.i wish u a very safe and easy delivery with cute and healthy little ones.all the best.bye.
