Does Taking Adderall In Excess Have Any Side Effects?
New Rx. adderal 30mg bid. started yesterday accidentally took two 30mg adderal xr approx 1.5 hrs apart today. Concerns: I am a med nurse and concerned about possible negative effects on work performance. I had counted the pills but forgot I had only taken one yesterday to eval. it s effects.

The normal dose of amphetamine or adderal is 10-30 mg orally .
Since you are a medical nurse , that's why I am writing this in detail that ,if it taken in larger doses ( as 60 mg within 2 hours ) it may cause TREMOR, RESTLESSNESS, CONFUSION, AGITATION & HEADACHE.
You didn't mention the disease for which you are taking this drug.
However side effects also depend on that ,since how many days , you are taking this drug .
In my opinion in your case this is not a cause of concern.
