Hello Fibromyalgia is a condition that is associated with other autoimmune conditions. We do not know much about it because it is so new. However many autoimmune conditions such as arthritis worsen with changes in temperture and barometric pressure. This is likely related to the inflammatory chemicals in the body that are fluctuating in response to stress or something in the environment. One of the best treatments for fms is graded exercise. If you can manage to do something very light and gradual, such as yoga, it would likely help you during these times. Manage your stress levels as well if possible.
