Does Swelling, Lump And Increase In Size Of Testicle Indicate Testicular Caner?

mild pain and swelling in right testis, small lump on veins, attached to testis, discomfort, a slight increased size of right testicle. I had USG of scrotum. It suggested filarial dance but doubt can it be testicular cancer instead of testicular filaria.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Make sure that the filaria does not cause any change in the testis, it can cause mope problems in the skin of the scrotum or cause hydrocele.
Secondly- Cancer of the testis is well picked up by the ultrasonography.
I would advise you to take the opinion of an Urologist to confirm as the diagnosis of cancer has to be ruled out .
I find this answer helpful
