Does Surgical Treatment Of Osteosclerosis Have Adverse Side Effects?
Hi Sir, This is venu gopal .I am suffering from hearing loss (otosclerosis ) past 3 years. Need suggestion on this. I met many doctors in bangaore ,but not giving me the confidence for surgery. Is there any side effects will com eafter otosclerosis surgey ? my Hearing test PTA report shows 48dbhl in both ears. Please suggest on this. Reards, Venu

Well, otosclerosis is a common cause of hearing loss as the age advances.
You'll need a surgery to be done for this. There are still few medicines like fluoride supplements but not so effective.
You can also use hearing aids if you don't want the surgery to be done.
