Does Surgery Cause Urinary Odour?

I'm 43 Years old. 145 pounds.

First,

I've noticed right after a small surgery that I had for my hermoroid, a few days later I noticed an odor in my urine. Would that surgery have anything to do with it? There's no other symptoms but the odor, accept I might use the bathroom more frequently, sometimes at night. I do take Vyvance (50 MG) for my ADD, and for vitamins I take: Fish oil and D-1000 by "Nature's Bounty", as well the "COMPLETE" multivitamin/Multimineral supplement, by Kroger brand.

Second,

I've been getting these bruises on my legs from nowhere, as well my left wrist, my left arm, and last Week I noticed the biggest of them all, right on my right upper forearm (with two small lumps under it), now its going away. Yesterday I noticed I new one on my left upper thigh. They all seems to have a lump under them, but there's no pain. What could be causing this please? Please?

Thank you, and may God bless all of you Doctors. G.C

General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected user , Hi

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* After surgery , there is no cause of urinary odor due to surgery , it is
partially from the medicines consumed by you and partly by dehydration
due to lack of water intake .

* Lump formations with bruises are again side effect of any of the
molecule consumed by you , have to be evaluated with the physician .

Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for further assistance .

Regards .
