Hi i have done laparoscopic surgery and then my dr give me menogon injection for 5 days.i was at my dr for ovulation control after this days of treatment but he said to me that i m not having ovulation that my folicullar ar not grown up but my calendaristic ovulation is on next week.my question is there is a posibilite that my folicull grow in one week suficient to have an ovulation?
Follicular growth begins on the first day of your period and ends when you ovulate. The average length of the follicular phase is 16 days. But it can last anywhere from 11 to 27 days depending on your cycle. The length of your follicular phase depends in part on the amount of time it takes one dominant follicle to emerge.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
