Does Sudden Spike In Body Temperature Have Any Specific Reason?
I ve noticed the last few months, my body temperature spikes for a short period before the temp drops to normal. It usually happens when I start eating. Sometimes it just happens out of the blue. I m female, 49 years and live near the equator. Why the frequent sudden spike in body temperature?

Hello dear my opinion is that you developing a heat stroke disease reason due to excessive sun exposure from the equator. So I suggest you change your resident and this symptoms will be relieved
