Does Stroke Affects Only Left Side Of The Body? What Does It Mean If Heart Does Quick Hiccups Regularly?

Is it only the left side of the body affected by stroke? What does it mean if you have a constant shooting pain down the right side of your neck? What does it mean if your heart does quick little hiccups regularly...I just had my heart looked at via ultra sound and was told the heart looks good and healthy

If i was your family physician,would have given opinions which are as follows :
1)No,Stroke can affect the right side of the body too based on the location of infarct in brain.If left side brain affected,right side of the body usually gets affected and viceversa
2)According to me,it seems to be nerve root(cervical radiculopathy) problem.You might need physiotherapy(like cervical traction,exercises) and painkiller drugs.Get a opinion from orthopedician/physical medicine specialist as he can examine and find out the actual problem.
3)Heart hiccups ---usually these skipped beats or extra beats due to anxiety,electrolyte fluctuations are benign if not occuring frequently.
