Does Stomach Ulcer Cause Bubbling Feeling In The Stomach?

I've been diagnosed with an ulcer but I'm actually worried that it might colitis because one top of the pain my stomach bubbles and it isn't gas. So, could an ordinary ulcer cause that bubbly feeling or should I be pretty sure that it is in fact colitis?
