Does Stomach Pain Cause Lightheadedness And Dizziness?

I am 40 years old i have satic nerve for 2years and the doctor gave me too much pain killers (e.g.difieen) now i suffer from extreme stomach pains when i eat too much or dont eat at all then i have to make myself throw up to relieve the pain. Instead of the stomach pains i sometimes feel light-headed and dizziness and i have to stay in bed all day. But im not sure if the stomach causes my dizziness what do you think?

Hi
Thank you asking HCM.
with regards to your stomach pain it may be caused from use of pain killers so I would advice to use omeprazole.
with regards to dizziness and light- headed they not seems to be related with stomach pain or stomach problems, you should consult with a ENT specialist because middle ear problems are associated mostly with your symptoms.
wishing you all the best
