You are having
stomach bloating, headache, joint pain, nausea. You have also thrown up. Presently, you are having muscle and joint pain. Your symptoms are indicative of food
poisoning. Avoid taking packaged food. Always take fresh food.
Muscle pain commonly occur due to tension, stress, overuse and
dehydration. Take rest let your body heal. Avoid eating for a few hours. After that start with bland foods (cookies, biscuits, toasts, crackers).
Take water, warm beverage to help maintain blood glucose level and blood pressure. Low BP, low blood glucose level, low K and Na level also causes muscle and joint pain. Take water, soup and juice to supplement. You might also try oral rehydration solutions. Stay away from addictions if any. To feel better, take
acetaminophen, one SOS when needed. If needed you can take PPI's, Pan-40, one stat when discomfort.
