Does Spotting Post Ovulation Indicate Pregnancy?

My periods are very regular they last ussually a full five days. My ovulation period was from the seventh to the twelvth of this month. I had unprotected sex on the ninth my fertility score was a 10. On the fourteenth or fifthteenth i got a light two or three day period. Im not suppose to start my period till the twentyfourth. Could this mean im pregnant?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What spotting you had following unprotected intercourse could be due to implantation bleeding. However, this itself will not tell that you could be pregnant.
Kindly wait until you miss your scheduled periods and then take a urine pregnancy test after a week. If it is positive, you can get the pregnancy confirmed by undergoing an ultrasound scan.
Consult Gynaecologist with the report for necessary advise and follow-up.
