Does Smoking Marijuana Cause Elevated Liver Levels?

I currently went to my doctor for a blood test a month and a half ago, they said my liver levels are really high, i went for an ultrasound and it looked good but i had another blood test and it still said my liver levels are still really high, I smoke a lot of marijuana, I was wondering if smoking it will alter the blood tests results?
