Hello, my daughter (18) has been smoking marijuana for many years now and started to dab with wax. She recently found a lump in her breast and was wondering if smoking or dabbing could have been the cause. She also has had both of her nipples pierced.

No .you can not develop breast lump by somking marojuana and at18 yrs.it can be due to lymphatic Blockade or hormone problem.
