Does Slight Overdose Of Xanax Cause Adverse Side Effects?

I think I accidentally took two of my xanax doses within an hour of each other. I am prescribed to take two 0.5 mg tablets at each dosing 2-3 times a day but I try to keep it at twice a day. I m going through some marital issues and I think I took two doses within an hour of each other. So two 0.5 mg Xanax around 5:30 and two more around 6:30. Should I worry about overdose

If you only took one additional pill, you do not have to worry about overdose. I would not drive for the next few hours however.
