Does Slight Burning After Passing Urine Indicate UTI?

Hello,
I am a male expat in China and it is very difficult to come by medical care. I am just concerned because the past few days, off and on, there has been slight burning after I urinate (not every day and not every time I pee) and i feel like i'm a bit run down (no fever, but a cough and fatigued, but i haven;t been sleeping much). I know it's not an std, but maybe a UTI? My question is how long can I wait to see if symptoms disappear before going to the doctors? Does it sound like a UTI (no discharge, fever, or need to urinate)? Thank you very much.

Hello welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I can understand your concern. As per your history, as you have slight pain and burning at time of urinating. Causes mostly UTI or dehydration. Still I'd suggest you to do urine routine and urine culture sensitivity. Drink lot of fluids. You can take syp. disodium hydrogen citrate 10 ml. Kindly consult with urologist with report.

Take care.
