hello docter.i am 21 yrs female with 60 kgs of weight and height 52 inches.i need to reduce 10 kgs soon and i am skipping rope from 1 month,4000 jumps daily,but smone tld me skipping rope causes problems in girls body n they cant concieve later in married life.is that true?kindly guide me docter can i skipp rope or i should stop... Skipping has no effect on conception.You can go ahead and continue your exercise.I advise you to add in jogging , walking also along with skipping. Jogging reduces weight efficiently , as when you run heavy working of thigh muscles burns lot of fat.
