Does Skipping A Dose Of Drotin For Kidney Stones Cause Any Harm?

I have a stone in my left kidney and i used to take drotin when it pains realy hard,but after consumption of food. But today i forgot to have any food before comsumptioning drotin. So it didn t worked on my pain, and i have to take another drotin after having my breakfast. Will thak matter any way ?
