Hi,

Cardiac pain is exertional and occur during exercise or exertion. It is diffused in nature and can not be localized. Therefore the Pain you are having seems unlikely to be of cardiac origin.

Palpitations can be cardiac related. I'll advise you to get a ECG done at the time of these palpitations and a 2D Echo to rule out any possible cardiac related abnormality.

Cardiac arrest means stoppage of heart and a person with cardiac arrest does not write a question by himself.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sameer Maheshwari,
