Does Shortness Of Breath Require Urgent Care?

My blood pressure is 180/111, I have shortness of breath, slight headache and feel bruised on the right side of my back. I do not take any medications currently. The soonest I can get a doctor's appointment is May 10th. I'm wondering if I should go to Urgent Care this evening.

yes with your BP of 180/111 and shortness you must go for emergency room.It must be controlled as soon as possible.Otherwise you have risk of developing heart failure and stroke.
