Does Sharp Pain In Nails & Chest Suggest Sarcoidosis?

I have had a sharp pain under my pinky nail for the past 2 1/2 years... ever since my son was born. It comes and goes for no reason. I also have sharp pains in my left chest (around my heart) that come and go. just want to make sure its not sarcoidosis.

Common symptoms of sarcoidosis is cough and breathlessness due to lung involvement. Also there is loss of appetite, weight loss and enlarged lymph nodes. X-ray chest shows changes at early stage. Your symptoms are not the symptoms of sarcoidosis. Still to make sure visit a family physician for advice and management.
