No sex does not affect urine routine test.

The normal level of haemoglobin is 13-16 mg/dl;it covers males as well as females

Hello !
My dear having sex doesn't effect the urine test.
the normal Hb. for males :- 14 - 15 gms. %
and normal Hb. for females :-13 - 15 gms.%
your question suggests that you think that sex has some kind of effects on haemoglobin.
