Does Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen Indicate A Bladder Infection?

Hi, I am a 23 year old female with a history of irregular periods. Right now I am experiencing painful pressure along the lower area of my abdomen--either where my bladder or uterus would be. Is this something to be concerned about or is it just a bladder infection?

you said you have history of irregular periods.Are you on any medication?You should do an USG of lower abdomen and visit a gynaecologist along with it also do CBC.take the reports when you are visiting a doctor.from the symptoms you said can not tell you exactly what the reason is,so need to do the USG first.
