Does Scar In My Lung Indicate Onset Of TB?

sir i have a scar in my lungs.. im medical last week...the doctor is seen the result of my scar.. so im worry because im also candidate to work in qatar.. said my doctor im my scar is also already ok now not active forTB. my question is... my employer in qatar is accepted to me to work in qatar?what I will do? what is the process to solve it... ty

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should first consult pulmonologist and get done CT SCAN of THORAX and Bronchoscopy and BAL ( Broncho Alveolar Lavage ) analysis for TB.
If both of these are negative than you can argue with visa authority that you are not having active lung infection.
Any lung infection especially TB heals by
1. Fibrosis
2. Calcification
Both of these appear as scar tissue on chest x ray. So we need to prove that this is not due to active infection, but due to old infection.
To prove this you need CT and Bronchoscopy. So better to consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
