Does Rinifol, Walamycin, Aristogyl, AD10 Helps Toddler With Infection Passing Stools?

My baby is 3 months 12 days old suffering with infection passing stools since a month almost .many times in a day which are watery,greenish yellow,stool repport shows infection as fillows: mucous present ,occult blood present, pus cells 8-10 hpf , reducing substance present ,glucose present.

She was treated with diof 5 days and forcan for 3 days. Stil d frequency is not reduced.
Now d treatment prescribed is rinifol ,walamycin, aristogyl,AD10 sachet


Will this treatment help my baby ? Should i go ahed with this ?

I really appreciate your concern, I would advise to stop all the medicines because such state of diarrhea may not need any medicines it is the self limiting condition only care needs to be taken for dehydration, at the most Lyophilized Lactobacillus can be used, and no need to worry about this hope this information helps
