General & Family Physician 's  Response
As such no medicine is safe during pregnancy. Vomikind belongs to category B pregnancy drug as per US FDA. Category B drugs include drugs for which well-controlled studies in pregnant women have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus in any trimester of pregnancy. So don’t worry.
Advice
1.     Try to avoid Vomikind MD 2 mg if you can. Take it only if vomiting is intolerable
2.     Quit smoking & alcohol if you are taking it
3.     Avoid eating 3 hours before lying down
4.     Raise the head of your bed
5.     Avoid spicy foods, fatty foods, mint, chocolate, tomato-based foods, and coffee
6.     Investigation – Hb%
