Does Rashes Caused Due To Hives Aggravate In A Chlorine Pool?

My daughter has had severe hives for 2 days she has been taking benedryl and prednoslone, her hives has went away onthe surface but her legs are purple where the rash was the worst but it looks like its under the skin. Is it ok for her to swim in a chlorine pool

Welcome to HCM,
As your daughter had severe rashes and itching all your body and for the same she has taken steroid and anthistamine.
As the rashes are still persisting in some parts of the body, better not to go swimming until all the rashes come down.
Some individual may be allergic to the chlorine used in the swimming pool and exposure to this may aggravate the symptoms.
I would suggest not to allow her for swimming until all the rashes and itching comes down.
