dear sir/madam,
As per your report you are not a diabetic. As per the international guidelines the blood sugar must peak to more than 11.1 on minimum of two occasions of random testing along with HbA1c of more than 6.5%. To be more sure about the diagnosis it is better to go for a glucose tolerance test (3intervals) which will exactly tell you the diabetes status plus we will also be able to know if you are a prediabetic. people with prediabetes have a higher chance of reverting back to normal with diet, exercise and weight loss. Secondly i noticed that your good cholesterol HDL and triglycerides are slightly abnormal. please concentrate on the potion size of your diet and also start exercising regularly. Please get back with reports and we will be there to guide you..
