Does Quitting Smoking Cause Pain On Fingers, Hand And Arm?

I quit smoking cigarettes a month ago today. Beginning yesterday I started experiencing what I believe to be ulnar nerve entrapment. I have tingling pain in my pinky finer and ring finger of my left hand and some soreness on the top of my hand and arm. Is this pain related to my quitting smoking?
