Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pus cell certainly means urinary infection but if it is significant enough. Very less pus cells may present in normal situation also. basically pus cells means dead cells, immune cells and bacterial debris. Since your doctor has sent a sample it should be culture and drug sensitivity as it can show the exact microorganism and the effective drug against it. I think you can wait for the report.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
