Xray says there are minimal fibrotic and coarse reticular opacities in the left upper lobe with associated slight superior traction of the hilar structures Rest of lungs fields are clear Heart not enlarged Trachea is midline Costophrenic angles and hemidiaphragms are intact Osseuos structures and sift tissues are unremarkable The impression is suggestive ptb with cictricial changes. Correlate with clinical and lab parameters
