Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

I understand your concern, but I want you to clarify certain things -

1. What is the age of the kid?
2. How was pneumonia diagnosed?
3. What are her current medications?

But I can assure you that you need not be worried about this body temperature if she is active and voiding well. But if she is cold, I suggest you take her to nearest emergency room.

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
