Does Pinworm Infection Reoccur Post Medication?

Hi there, my daughter had pinworms last week, we treated her Saturday with Reeses medication from Walgreens. The entire family took a dose to make sure no one else had it. Now, my other daughter is itching. Is it possible to get the pinworms 2 days after taking the medicine?

Hi,
Pin-worm medicine takes some time to expel ova, cyst and worms to pass out completely fro gastro-intestinal tract.
So if there is itching for few days after taking this medicine, nothing to worry, this is common.
