Does Pink/red Vaginal Discharge And Frequent Urination Indicate Yeast Infection?

Hi I had couple of intercourse 26 and 27 in order to get preganent. After the intercouse, I didn't go to the restroom for 4-5 hours. Started Aug 28th, I start to feel the soreness when I urinate especially towards the end. And I experienced frequent feeling of urgency to go and couple of times, I see pink color on the tissue when I wipe. I don't feel itchy or burning or have other symptoms and it almost seems to feel gradually better. Now I am travelling in canada and after a long day yesterday, when I go to bathroom I again see pink/red color on the tissue paper. Do I have a yeast infection? What can I do or take right now to treat it? I haven't tested for preganency and I don't take any risk either.

Thanks.
