Does Paresthesia Of Leg Cause Cold Foot With Lump At The Bottom And Painful Ankle?

I was told I have paresthesia of right leg, my foot gets cold, feels like a lump is on the bottom of my foot near the ball of it, and it gets red and the foot up into my ankle hurts is this a part of this or possible something else? I also am having an MRI of lumbar spine no contrast, for sciatica could this affect the foot?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptom could be due to fibromyalgia, if there is lesion at the bottom of foot then this could be some infection better to rule out this (Abscess) need to be ruled out, yes some time this could be due to sciatica also, but MRI did not detect this as per your information, right now condition can be managed with NSAID (Non-steroid Anti-inflammatory Drug) and best option would be 'Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day' hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
