Does paracetamol thin the blood, as in, if I take 8 x 500mg per day, might it be a cause of nose bleeds. I am in my 60's, with chronic back pain, and I prefer to take medication which does not stun my brain. I take 2x500mg in the morning and possibly 4 more during the day, at a minimum of 4 hourly breaks between doseages, as per prescription I get a 100 tablet bottle prescribed for chronic pain per month
