Does Orthostatic Hypotension Cause Feeling Of Adrenaline Rush And Chills?

Hi, I keep experiencing what feels like an adrenaline rush accompanied by chills. It comes and goes throughout the day. I have been diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension. Could these symptoms be caused by it? I also have many other symptoms most of the time. I just don t know if they are all related to the hypotension. I ve tried medication but it doesn t seem to help and it upsets my stomach. Any advice?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the orthostatic hypotension then it is the isolated condition may not be due to any underlying disease but car need to be taken at the time of standing so this can be best avoided, drink more water watch for hemoglobin hope this information helps.
