Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Olive oil has no role whatsoever in treating acne, rather it may exacerbate acne neither does olive oil has any role in causing facial hair growth. Therefore I would suggest that you discontinue olive oil use on face.
In my view acne as well as facial hair growth are part of the same process i.e underlying hormonal imbalance.
I would suggest you to visit a dermatologist.
Your dermatologist will inquire about possible underlying hormonal imbalance e.g irregular or scanty menstural cycles, and perform certain tests for circulating hormone levels.
A pelvic ultrasound is also part of the investigation of hormonal imbalance.
Scanty or irregular menstural cycles, raised levels of androgenic hormones and cysts on ultrasound are part of the symptom complex of PCOD(Polycystic ovarian disease).
Treatment of hormonal acne is with monthly pills (containing estrogen and a progestational agent).
Topical treatment is the same as with acne in general and includes topical clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide gel.
Therefore, I strongly suggest you to see a dermatologist.
