Hello my dear
Thanks for your question on HCM

congratulation for your baby.Regarding to your problem i will advice
1.You may have bleeding till 40 after you gave birth ..if you still are bleeding sat an appointment with your GYNECOLOGIST doctor
2.bad odors are an indication of an infarction but it is common on a woman after birth..but still i advice do go to the OBG for an examination and if it is necessary it will make even an abdominal ECO

Please feel free for any question
Best regards
