Does Numbness In Hands And Feet Indicate Neuropathy?

Hi Doctor. I am 43 and female. I have RA and Fibro. For 3 years I have had numb toes and now my feet are numb also. My pinky, ring and middle fingers and palm of hands are now numb. My left leg is also numb and I have weakness in all numb body parts. Is this part of Fibro or could it be neuropathy? I can type at all and drop alot of stuff.

It looks more like a neuropathy.
Numbness at the tip of fingers and toes suggest of peripheral neuropathy.
Causes could be nutritional deficiency- Vit B12, B6, B1 and E.
Autoimmune conditions like -RA, lupus, Drug induced, infective, metabolic, Diabetes etc.
In your scenario-
it looks more like RA induced Peripheral neuropathy. and weakness is due to atrophy of the nerve ending causing muscle weakness.
things to do-
Tab. Vit B12 once a day.
Tab. Pregabalin once in the night.
Avoid touching hot water, milk, utensils.
Use footwear always.
Avoid hot fomentation, wax bath, moist heat.
