hi ! i HAVE ACNE FROM PAST MANY YEARS AND i HAVE THYROID DISORDER (HYPER BEFORE NOW I HAVE HYPO THYROID DESEASE) . i HAVE MARKS AND SCARS ON MY FACE AND VISITED THE SKIN SPECIALIST , HE RECOMMENDED THE NILTAN .IS NILTAN TAKES AWAY THE SCARE AN HOLES ON MY FACE. I AM SICK OF SEEING MY FACE

As per your complain Nilten cream contains Boswellin, Arbutin , Licorice etc and is suitable to reduce pigmentations on face..
You can also use creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and Vitamin E for reducing pigmentation..
Washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash can help..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..

In case if there are holes on face they can be very well treated with chair side procedures that depends upon the type of scars like waterpick scars, boxcar scars, sloping edged scars etc..
There are several treatment modalities like Fractional CO2 lazers, Microdermabrasion, excision with elevation,dermal rollers etc to reduce the scars..
