Does Nausea, Tiredness And Fever Indicate Sign Of Pregnancy?

Unprotected sex about 18 days ago, for the last week i have felt very tired nauseous at times and the last few nights have a low grade fever only at night. Could these be signs of pregnancy? My periods are somewhat irregular but going by my last period i am about 5 days late. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago that came back negative. But i have no regular period symptoms and think i could be pregnant. When should i test again?

there could be a possibility that you are preganat and also hormones are tricky when you have irregular mensturation sm times due to hormonal imbalance you feel nauseasus and al so there can be and there can not be a possibilty you should test after a week if you hvnt bleed nt befr that and it wil give you cnfrmation
