Does My Elisa Test Report Indicate TB?

my age is 50 years and i m suffering from fever since last 45 days fever range between 98 to 100 . in morning start with 98 and in night avg 100 .
i have undergone elisa test the report are ilg 0.58,igm0.41 and iga 1.10 esr today only 3 mm after antibiotics, but previously 25.. plz advice wether TB or not

I can understand your concern.
Tuberculosis should be diagnosed only on the basis of Elisa test.
Elisa test detects antibodies. And antibodies can be positive in patients who had tuberculosis in the past or had taken BCG vaccination.
So positive Elisa test does not indicate active tuberculosis.
You need other strong evidence like chest x ray showing cavitation, sputum examination shows AFB (acid fast bacilli-bacteria causing tuberculosis) etc.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray, sputum examination for AFB.
If any of these is suggestive of tb then you need anti tubercular drugs otherwise only on the basis of Elisa test, anti tubercular drugs are not indicated.
