Hi,

You developed a hypersensitivty reaction (white patches with a heavy irritation etc.) to fairness cream advocated by your friend. Next, your Dermatologist has prescribed steroid momate (mometasone) cream and oral Belar (Betamethasone), again a steroid, which is most likely to reverse the drug reaction. Opxil (cephalosporin), an antibiotic to overcome any infection & Averzine (Hydroxyzine), an antihistaminic are supporting drugs.

Once you have stopped the offending fairness cream and with all your anti-allergic medications face drug reaction will subside over a period of time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
