Does Mild Predominance Of Pancreatic Head Mean Pancreatic Cancer?

If I had a ct scan today and the results indicated a mild predominance of the pancreatic head, does that likely mean pancreatic cancer? I have one small concentrated pain point to the left of my belly button that occurs when sitting in varies ways.

it is not likely that it would indicate tumors since tumors are suually easily distinguihed.b ut you need to do some other tests to rule out the worst such as pancreatic markers and enzymes or ercp.
