Does Menopause Causes Chest Pain And Jaw Pain?

My wife gets bad pains in her chest up into her left jaw, but not in her arm after eating cold, sweet things like ice-cream. There is no issue of heart or vascular problems in her family. She is 51, going through menopause and is great shape otherwise. She's already had tests ruling out gallbladder and liver issues.
