Does Masturbation Prior To Urine Sample Collection Affect The Test Results?

Hello... i want to know that im having my urine test after 2 hours... and they told me to collect the sample of your urine whenever you wake up this morning... just after waking up i masturbated and after 2 3 minutes i wanted to go for a pee... now this is my morning pee so as told by them... i collected the sample of my pee... Please tell me that will masturbating just minutes before urine sample affect the test results?
