Does Masturbation Impact Body Height?

Hii my age is 19 years and I do handjob before 6-7 years why my height is not increases my height is 5 3 inches and I m very slim and trim weight is 48 kg how can reject the handjob and in past school time I m 1st in a class now a days I m last in a class why I m so weak because I do handjob please tell right answer please and I forget the handjob in my life.

Maturbation has no relation with your grades in school and with your weight. Having sexual desires is as normal as feeling hungry. So satisfying your desire by masturbating has nothing wrong with it.

Your body built can be impoved by eating healthy food and doing proper exercises. Eat atleast 3 meals a day. Include some fatty foods in your diet like cheese, milk etc. Do not drink too much sodas. Try to have more carbohydrates through grains, milk etc. You can incorporate more proteins in your diet to build up muscles as muscles are made up of proteins mainly. Dairy products and nuts are some examples. Do not drink water before meals. Have bigger plates and portions of food. Even adequate sleep can help in gaining muscle mass. Join gym and ask the instructor there to teach you some strength excercises that can increase the muscle strength and muscle mass.

Now let us talk about studies. As you progress towards higher education, the courses are going to be tougher for sure and it may not seem that easy to get the same grades as before by studying in the same way. You may need to put in more efforts, more effiecient time management and more hours in studies. If you got very good grades in past, you can do the same in present and future, too. Masturbation cannot increase or decrease your concentration and grades.
