Hi dr.its my 8th one message and no one try to reply .plz help me .i have been misturbate from last 8 years so now I feel weakness in my legs and my legs got thin day by day it's look like abnormal becouse of too much thin .so plz help me .i m jst 21 year old ....what should I do for this ..I want treatment ....

I can understand your concern. I apologise from you for inconvenience. Masturbation is a safe and healthy habit. This is not associated with any adverse effects on health and also no effects on potency. You are masturbating since last 8 years and have weakness of legs. This weakness could be occurring due to some nutritional deficiencies. You are 21 years old and at this age even growth of body results in feelings like weakness due to increased demand of nutrition. I'd advise you to not to feel distressed, masturbation doesn't cause thinning or weakness of legs.

Have good nutrition with food rich in complex carbs and proteins and low in fats. Take Vitamin B12 supplements and this will help in quick recovery. Exercise daily to stay healthy.
